This unrivalled personal service is designed to ensure every element of your stay with us is truly extraordinary. Your Personal Concierge is fully qualified (and certified by the British Butler Institute) and you will enjoy their undivided attention throughout your stay and beyond.


Your Personal Concierge will ensure your particular requests are effortlessly accommodated. For example any special dietary requirements will be effectively communicated and catered for. Should your visit coincide with a special celebration they will oversee any special arrangements required as well as making bookings at your preferred restaurant throughout your stay.

During your stay

On arrival you will be greeted by your Personal Concierge who will lead you through express check-in, ensure your luggage is speedily delivered to your suite and assist with  your luggage’s packing and unpacking. They will work to meet your needs from planning excursions and table reservations to an upgraded laundry service and exclusive turn-down service at the time of your convenience. Personal Concierge is there for you and your family throughout your stay.


Your Personal Concierge will make sure check out and departure is smooth and stress-free. They will take care of all needs from complimentary late check out requests to arranging transport.

Your Personal Concierge service is offered complimentary to all guests staying in  two and three-bedroom suites across Sani Resort and in all  beachfront  suites at Sani Dunes.
