Ticket pre-sale begins two weeks before each event.

Tickets for Sani Festival events can be purchased in the following ways:


  • Through the website or the platform, using debit or credit card.
  • Tickets are available online up to five hours before each event (additional platform service fee).
  • By opting for the online purchase of numbered seating tickets, you can choose your seating on Sani Hill, subject to seat availability.
  • Tickets are delivered contactlessly via email or mobile phone number, and they have to be displayed to grant the owner entry to the venue.

SCHEDULE: Sani Festival reserves the right to change the event programme after the official programme of the event has been announced and/or printed.

START TIME: At Sani Hill, events start at 21:30 unless otherwise stated on the forms, on the Sani Festival website and/or on social media.

TICKET OFFICE (exclusively issuing e-tickets)

The on-site ticket office is open from 20:30 on event days – that is, one hour before the start of each event – and takes both card and cash payments.

TICKET RETURNS: Refunds will not be issued for returned tickets.


  • Admission to children up to the age of 6 is not allowed due to the nature of the events.
  • For ages 7 to 11, admission is free of charge.
  • A regular ticket is required from age 12 and up.
  • If children's escorts have purchased numbered seated tickets, they must also provide a corresponding seated ticket for every child over 7 years of age in their group.


Sani Hill is not an organised theatre but a natural hilly space next to the Medieval tower. Due to this particularity of the venue, we require prior notice to accommodate persons with mobility issues or other disabilities using the appropriate vehicle (more information on +30 2310 433099 10:00-17:00 on weekdays).


In accordance with measures (valid today, end of June 2021) to protect public health in force, all members of the audience should be sitting. Seating is limited in order to observe social distancing requirements. You will be ushered to specific seats for that purpose, while audience arrival and departure will be staggered, while the use of medical or non-medical mask is compulsory upon arrival to and departure from the venue, upon being seated, as well as throughout the event. Numbered seating tickets are assigned according to a set plan, while general entry seating has been marked. For verification and admission, ticket holders are to display their tickets in printed or electronic form upon arrival. All audience members are obliged to follow organisers’ guidelines regarding relevant and in force health and hygiene protocols. 


  • It is prohibited to bring bottles and cans (plastic, glass or aluminium) and other dangerous objects on site.
  • Audience members accept that the organisers bear no responsibility for accidents or damage to items that may result from inaccurate public conduct, or for the theft or damage of property by malicious persons.
  • Transport of flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Possession and use of audio-visual devices is prohibited. It is not allowed to capture
  • video recordings, audio recordings or photographs of the entire event or part of it. Audience members are required to completely deactivate their mobile phones (unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the organisers, in which case they are only allowed to do so for that specific event).


  • In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure such as strikes, government bans, artist illness, etc., ticket redeeming dates and venues will be announced as soon as possible.
  • In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather in the first 45 minutes of the event, the organiser will announce the timeframe and method of ticket refund. After the first 45 minutes, the event is considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
