We have just returned from 10 days in the sani beach hotel in halkadiki, After reading all the testimonials and trip adviser we decided in January this year to book this stunning location for our wedding on 17^th sept 2011, and how glad are we that we did. We were blown away from start to finish, the hotel is right on the beach which is lovely, and it’s as if you’re in a tropical resort rather than Greece. The staff were friendly and really polite, if that’s not enough just a 5 min walk and you are in a luxury private marina surrounded by restaurants- just amazing. Everything has been organised through e mail and obviously you would think there may have been some slight hitches, but no everything was perfect and this is only down to sani’s very own wedding co-ordinator Anna wholfart. She has been amazing from the beginning right up to our last day at the resort, we cannot thank her enough she truly made everything so easy and run so smoothly she is just great. We hired out “Sunday” the cruiser to have our vows read out at sea and wow how good was that-again Anna was there at our side it was so special- we carried out in the sea you bar after for more photographs and drinks, and then finally we had our wedding meal for 16 people in the tomata restaurant, we hired a private balcony looking out over the marina and this was perfect too. We have to say that the tomata restaurant is definitely our favourite, the food and service was totally outstanding, we cannot recommend this enough.
If you are thinking of the sani resort for your special day then this place is where you can really have your dreams come true!

From the moment we booked our holiday at Sani we knew we had made the right choice.  The hotel itself looked fantastic with everything we could possibly need for a fabulous 2 week holiday and wedding of our dreams.  We were a little concerned about how the wedding would be organised but we needn’t have worried.  An initial email to Anna Wohlfart and we had all of the answers we needed, with a variety of options on how we could make our special day unique and the day we both wanted.  We chose the time and date we would get married and all the finer details of what we would do that day.  We chose to get married without friends and family, Anna arranged witnesses, hairdresser, photographer, cake and the best table in the house for our evening meal at Macaroni.  A private 2 hour cruise on the Sani Queen gave us breath taking views of Halkidiki while we sipped champagne to toast our marriage.  Our friends are amazed by the photos we have returned home with – they don’t look real!  I would recommend the Sani resort for small and large weddings, the staff are wonderful.  I am looking forward to returning on our anniversary next year.  Special thanks also to Dirk from guest relations for his additional special touches to our day.

After 8 years of being engaged and following the birth of our daughter we decided to get married abroad.  We had a small wedding party of 12 and we wanted a low key, simple and very chilled out wedding combined with a lovely first family holiday in a beautiful location and Sani Resort fit our requirements exactly. Our day was very much centred around our 15 month old daughter and we wanted to ensure she was happy and as such timed the day around her.  We got married at Kassandra Town Hall and followed it by a drinks reception at the Sea You bar on the Marina, and then onto Tomata for our private meal (food was amazing!) upstairs overlooking the marina.  We ended the day at the cocktail bar! Anna was fantastic and helped us from the start in dealing with our queries very early on and assisting with documentation prior to arriving in Greece. She arranged everything for us including the photographer, the cake, the drinks reception and taxis.  She was an absolute star and was with us for the majority of the wedding day and also translated our vows for us.  Her excellent organisation skills and warm, friendly nature ensured our day went according to plan and this helped us relax and have our perfect day!  We couldn’t have done it without her!
All in all a fantastic holiday and a perfect wedding.  The memories will last a lifetime.  We will be back....!

I hadn’t thought about using a Wedding planner as such, but after a few emails with Anna it was clear I needed her in my life! The detail and organisation in putting a Wedding together can be stressful but Anna makes sure you don’t have any of that. From the day I first got in contact, Anna answered all my questions and made suggestions for things we hadn’t thought of. It is quite difficult to imagine what your Wedding will be like when you haven’t visited the place, so you take a gamble when booking overseas. It really helped when Anna asked if we would like to meet her at the Wedding Show in Earl’s Court. It was definitely worth the trip as Anna had piles of books and photos from previous weddings to show us and she quickly picked up what we liked and pretty much put our Wedding together on the spot. The best part about Anna’s approach with you, is she quietly observes your needs and comes up with suggestions she knows you will enjoy and probably hadn’t thought of, then makes it seem so simple to put together that nothing is too much trouble. When we arrived in Sani Resort Anna took around all the venues we were to attend on the day and we met with the Managers of the bar and restaurants to finalise details, as well as the Captain of the boat we were getting married on. It was so much fun and we were treated so well by everyone. It was quite apparent that Anna has a lot of respect from these people she works along side and they were always so pleased to see her. As well as ensuring all your dreams come true on the day, Anna arranged extra little surprises that really made me feel special, I can’t say what or it will blow her cover! Needless to say Anna made me feel like I was the only Bride she had to deal with. Very professional and such a pleasure to be with. What more do you need on your special day. We wouldn’t have had such a memorable day without her and I certainly wouldn’t recommend arranging a Wedding without her, even if you are fluent in Greek!

Once we had decided on a small the '3 of us wedding' and once we had found Sani Resort the hard work was over.  Anna our wedding co-ordinater was really helpful in helping us get all the paperwork in place with the correct people. She remained really calm, which kept me really calm too.  And helpful with the run up to the big day, and the day its self was just beautiful - very special and just what we wanted. It really would not have been the same without Anna's help - she really felt like the friend we needed but didnt have there on our Wedding Day - we even had our hair done together! I would really recomend Sani Resort for both small or large weddings.  The setting is beautiful and all the staff were always very helpful - A place we will always remember and hold dear - thanks for everything Anna!!!!

When we decided to get married abroad we never imagined we would find somewhere as beautiful as the Sani Resort. We had 20 guests join us for 2 weeks to celebrate this wonderful time with us. The whole day was amazing, especially having the vows read on the cruiser by the captain in front of all our guests. Then onto a traditional Greek restaurant on the marina for a fabulous meal. We couldn't have wished for anything more. With the help of Anna the whole day ran smoothly and we just wish it never had to end. All our guests agreed what an amazing place Sani is and we will all be back soon.

True it was, on the 10^th of 10^th 2010. We got married than! Not in New Zealand, no, Greece we took our vows! Kassandra, Sani Beach Resort – Not very close! What a perfect place for a wedding, and the fabulous assistance we were getting, from our wedding planer, it could not be better – Anna! The wedding day was a dream, and it would be very mean, not to thank everybody in the resort, the management, the decoration, the food, the music we adort! An everlasting memory the photos will give, we will think about our wedding as long as we live!

When we iniitally enquired whether we could get married during a holiday we had already booked to Oceania, we never dreamt that we would be able to have a day which was so perfect in every way and with so little hassle. From our very first enquiry by email to the end of the wedding day itself Anna, the hotel wedding co-ordinator, was always friendly, positive, attentive and helpful and she turned a wild dream into a fantastic reality. She organised beautiful flowers, an excellent photographer and a wonderful venue for our wedding breakfast, leaving us just to sit back and enjoy the day.All the staff at the hotel were fantastic too, really giving us a day (and honeymoon) to remember. It just could not have been better. Thanks so much to everyone but especially to Anna who was a total star!

We have recently returned from our stay at the Sani Resort, Sani Beach Club. If you are thinking of getting married abroad this has to be the most perfect place. We had the most wonderful day and this was all made possible by all the staff and one person in particular Anna Wohlfart the wedding co ordinator, who sorted everything out for us. She is amazing and will do everything she can to ensure you have your dream wedding. We got married in Kassandra Town Hall, and then returned to Sani Resort to the Marina for drinks and nibbles. We had an hours cruise were we cut our wedding cake and had some champagne, which i highly reccommend, it was fab. We had a sit down meal at the Ouzerie restaurant which has stunning views and the food, staff, just made our day perfect and also I have to mention Demitrius the manager of the restaurant who is such a true gentleman and made our wedding reception so memorable. I cannot reccommend this Resort enough it is such a beautiful place and stunning location for a wedding. Thank you so much to everyone who made our wedding day perfect, you know who you are.   

Our wedding at the Sani Resort was fantastic, we really couldn’t have asked for a better day. The weather was beautiful and having the reception around the marina was just perfect. Anna is brilliant at organising everything and the hotel staff could not help you more. Getting married abroad for us was everything we wanted and all our guests are still saying what a fantastic holiday they had.

We decided on a small,intimate and informal wedding but wanted to do still do something memorable and special and Sani was the perfect place for us. The ceremony took place at Kassandra Town Hall,a beautiful old stone building with a small chapel set at the side. As the vows are read in Greek,we were to choose a member of our party to translate the vows into English,we chose my father which was very a nice personal touch...he well and truly gave me away! After the ceremony we travelled to Sani Marina,where Anna had arranged for champagne and the cutting of our stunning wedding cake. A great photo opportunity too, we had some amazing pictures taken with the boats and on the beach. We then spent the afternoon cruising around the island on our private yacht 'the sani queen' and enjoyed lunch and more champagne on board, again all pre organised by Anna. In the evening we went back to Sani Beach Club to eat in their Greek Ouzerie. A traditional Greek taverna set on the cliff side over looking the aegean sea. The views as the sun sets are truly amazing and was the perfect way to end our day. We wouldn't change a single thing, we had a fun and memorable day and thanks to Anna,our wedding co-ordinator,it was completely stress free and we didnt have to worry about anything. From the beginning she helped us with all the confusing legal paperwork and helping to tailor our day to exactly how we wanted it to be. She arranged everything from the cake and photographer to the boat trip. On the day itself,she was there at every point to ensure it ran smoothly, we simply can not thank her enough.

I chose the Sani Resort as my wedding venue due to the seafront location, choice of different styles of accommodation, the beauty and variety of surrounding sites and landscape. I was familiar with the location and felt positive that both my Greek guests and those from abroad would be satisfied with the proximity to the airport.  Having been a guest before, I also knew that the food would be excellent and the service as friendly and efficient as always. The pleasant surprise was having a fantastic wedding co-ordinator, who was by my side every step of the way. My every request and query was addressed with professionalism and an open mind, efficiency and friendliness, great organisation skills and loads of flexibility. I couldn't have asked for more as a bride to be on the night of our party everything went smoothly and according to plan. We were able to have fun, look after our guests and not worry about details. Post-wedding all our guests had to offer was praise. They enjoyed themselves thoroughly at our party, had a lovely break and even said they'd be back next year. They had the space to enjoy their holiday and privacy, while being with the rest of the group when required. They felt they had had value for their money and frankly, so did we. Well done Sani! Wish we could do it all over again!

"We had a fantastic holiday at the Sani Beach hotel and an amazing wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Anna our wedding co-ordinator and her advice and ideas were greatly appreciated! Anna was with us all day making it go. A wedding abroad is difficult to imagine especially if you have never been to the resort before but I can honestly say that if you have your wedding at Sani you  have nothing to worry about. We hired the Sunday cruiser which took us out on the Aegean Sea for an hour with drinks and canapés. I would highly recommend this as all the guests commented on how relaxing the day was and photo's that guests took are brilliant. If you are thinking of getting married abroad then this is the place, thanks to everyone that made our day so special!"

Gregg and I had holidayed in Greece several times but had never been to Halkidiki so we thought we would give it a try for our wedding. We found the Sani Resort on a website and decided that this was the place for us. We are so glad we chose this resort as it was wonderful. It was clean, had great food and very friendly staff.  As part of the wedding package you get a room upgrade subject to availability, we didn’t get it initially as the hotel was full but after three days they moved us into a garden suite which was lovely. We had a mix up with the date of our wedding but after some advise from our helpful wedding coordinator Anna, we decided that we would get married on a boat! We are so glad we took her advise as the boat was amazing. We set sail from the Marina in brilliant sunshine surrounded by the turquoise waters. The Captain read the vows in Greek and our friends translated and read some poetry. It was very special and a brought a tear to most people’s eyes.  We then had some drinks in the Sea Your Bar, which has one of the most beautiful settings on the resort, followed by dinner in a traditionally Greek restaurant which everyone loved. I would recommend this resort as a wedding or holiday destination to anyone as it has so much to offer. The staff were very friendly and a special thanks must got to Anna and Natalie who helped make the day run smoothly. We will certainly return to the resort to celebrate one of our anniversaries and relive the fond memories of the time we spent there.
