Sustainability Animal Rescue

Sani Resort continues its Animal Rescue program to improve the welfare of stray animals in our region. Halkidiki Animal Rescue, a local animal welfare charity, has over the past ten years been working to help hundreds of stray and injured animals.

Together, we have developed a programme, whereby all animals in our area are recorded, promptly sterilized and immunized – for which we cover the cost – and when possible, are re-homed.

Halkidiki Animal Rescue works with several local and international animal welfare groups (such as Greek Animal rescue, Danish Friends of Animals, Friends of Strays of Greece, Caring for the Animals Trust and Animal Pard Net) and local vets. Their ambitious plan is to cover as much of Halkidiki as they can and help as many animals as possible.
