This summer, Sani Marina Patisserie welcomes internationally acclaimed pastry chef Antonio Bachour for an exclusive seasonal takeover.

From 1 July to 31 August, discover a bespoke Bachour menu created especially for Sani Marina, bringing together refined French pastry techniques, Mediterranean-inspired flavours and contemporary viennoiserie. Expect elegant desserts, signature chocolate creations, tropical fruit notes, caramelised choux and buttery croissants, all designed to be enjoyed by the Marina.
